Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Office Storage Sales, we stand behind the quality of our office furniture and storage solutions. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in its original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all original packaging and tags
- Return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or special order items
- Products that have been assembled, used, or modified
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as such on product page)
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all included materials.
- Ship Your Return: Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship to our warehouse address (provided in your authorization email).
Exchange Process
To exchange an item:
- Follow the same process as returns to send back your original item
- Include a note specifying the replacement product you’d like
- If there’s a price difference, our team will contact you to arrange payment or refund
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
