Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Basic tracking included
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.
International Shipping
For international orders outside the U.S., please be aware:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing
- Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our office furniture. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process within 15 days of receipt.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original condition – unused, unassembled, with all packaging and tags
- Return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective:
- Custom or special order items
- Products that have been assembled, used, or modified
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as such on product page)
- Opened or assembled office chairs and guest/reception benches (unless defective)
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with:
- Return instructions
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Warehouse return address
- Package Your Item: Securely repackage in original packaging with all materials
- Ship Your Return: Clearly mark RMA number on package and ship to: Office Storage Sales – Returns

Exchange Process
To exchange an item:
- Follow the same process as returns
- Include a note specifying the replacement product
- For price differences, our team will contact you to arrange payment or refund
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds processed within 5 business days
- Credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the damage and packaging
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
